Flashing buffs when using the restriction cord and the vengeance idol

Just hoping I could get someone's attention, I'm using the restriction cord with the vengeance idol and the vengeful strike mutator, and I constantly have the buff rolling and flashing on my screen. It would be great if the restriction cord forced you down to 49% health, or if the "below 50%" items be switched to "50% and below" to prevent this from happening.

For context, the vengeful strike and vengeance idol perks proc on and off so quickly that there are constantly 4 flashing boxes on my screen.
