DIdn't see anyone testing it. I guess you are right.

There's only two confirmed effects: The All-Seeing Eye consumable no longer gives negative effects, and the Monorail can charge for longer before the instant team-kill.

The description would imply it works with other chance based effects, but nothing has been found code-wise to show that, and normal testing has also not had any results to show for it.

I happened to roll it actually so I decided to try it. I think I got slightly better drops from enemies but it's so little that it's hard to tell.

After trying it for a few areas on apoc (was hoping there would be better drops) I just took it off cuz I figured it's absolutely useless and does not do anything at all.

I mean I could see monorail be OP if you can charge it for longer but I dont enjoy that weapon and the fact it does that is super ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird. Wtf tragic, how are people supposed to understand that "EXTREME luck" works on monorail. Get your ♥♥♥♥ together man xD

But to be fair legendary perk balance is all over the place and a ton of them are straight up useless or outperformed by smth else by A LOT. Like the perk that applies exposed on negative status effect is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless. It should increase exposed effectiveness to 45% if solo, 30% with another player and 15% with 2 other players. But nah, we get a 15% bonus damage while there is a 40% all damage buff with no condition.

Thats not how exposed works.
Exposed makes it so that the affected enemy takes 15% more damage. thats an important difference.
fe, you allready have +50% all damage with a 100 dmg base attack, therefore your damage is 150.
if you hit something exposed you will do 115% of 150 damage wich would be 172,5, not 165% of 100 wich would be 165.
the more % increases you have the more valuable exposed become
After googling, someone post a build about spamming relic.
This is a relic build where you continuously spam Tormented Heart. Luck of the devil increases your luck by a extreme lot so Power Saver always work.

Tormented Heart : Innate 20% Use Speed bonus. On use, deals 240 Explosive damage to enemies within 10m and Lifesteals 25% of damage dealt.

Power Saver : At Max Health, gain a 35% chance to not use a Relic charge.

I can't test it myself yet.

Agree with that multiplicity. However, flat damage legendaries just have TOO much flat damage so that at this point nothing multiplicative compares. Same idea that I know master killer is multiplicative (and buffed) but I still use sharpshooter (even nerfed). So he kind of make a point that the expose legendary does not compare to anything.

i only wanted to clarify that that is not how exposed works just in case someone else finds this post.
i wouldnt take master killer either way becasue imo to many enemies dont have a weakspot or only have one that is not accessible enough for me but it all depends on build and what purpose this build serves.

one main advantage of exposed and therefore the legendary to apply it easily is the following, you raise EVERYONES damage by 15 percent.
3 people with sharpshooter and one guy who apllys exposed will do way more damage then 4 people with sharpshooter, as i said every build serves a different purpose
More explanation on this prism would be nice. Sfaik it's a buff to anything that has a proc chance, like the Bandit mutator. It doesn't work for crit chance though, which is rng but on its own table.

If you plan to test it, try experimenting with rng items. This prism doesn't get a lot of attention I think bc it doesn't have a clear description and people generally don't understand what it does or how it works. It's been awhile since I read up on it, but input on its effect seemed divided.
There are a lot of probabilities that this buff doesn't raise to 100%. I tested the grey health conversion ring (upon hit, convert all taken damage to grey health with 50% chance) with my friend with luck of devil and it doesn't raise 50% to 100%

Could you tell whether it was more than 50%?

Ideally Luck of the Devil would work on something like this. If not, I have no idea how to parse what it effects and what it doesn't :VGRUMPY:

Sorry we didn't do a rigorous test. He has luck of devil and the ring, and I shoot him with a machine gun. The only thing I can claim is "not 100%"
No problem, there's only so much you can do. It's nice to have a friend who will let you shoot him with a machine gun for research purposes :VBCOOL:
