Feral Judgement needs some buffs
At the very least, they should get rid of the time-based limitation for charging and using the special attack (6 hits in 10 seconds); that would simply bring it in line with other melee weapons with a similar charge mechanic

As it is, its pretty impractical to use, given how quickly you can kill regular enemies and how often they're spread out, making it fairly difficult to use the special charged attack consistently, on anything other than elite enemies that fight at melee range.

The devs made pretty clear that guns are the primary way to deal damage with only a few exceptions and idk if those were intended cuz they added some melee stuff later on.

Last time I checked the gas giant tooltip states it explodes when you use it but it doesn't work with any of the explosion synergies.
I just accepted that the devs don't care for melee and use the good guns.

Also note how a lot of ability builds were heavily nerfed. Idk what their stance on it is considering invoker but hey at least we have the options to build around that aswell.

All I'm saying is that they should tweak the weapon a bit so that its special ability can be used consistently; I don't think its too much of an ask and its a far cry from wanting a melee weapon to be used as a primary way to deal damage.

Also, they have made QoL improvements for melee weapons in the past, for example, when they reduced the Shocker mutator threshold from 5 to 3 hits, so its not like this kind of change would be unprecedented.
