Level 10 misfortune mutator bugged
I have it on the ritualist scythe and it will never proc slow on a charged swing.

Still get really good damage, but no slow makes going for melee in apocalypse way more risky.

what are you hitting with it? Bosses, abberations and elites are immune against slow if i am not mistaken (though its been a long while since i touched it)

normal enemies, though i wonder if the ritualist archtype might be bugging it.

song of eifer still has no issue slowing most elites and bosses.
