It's 10 steps, you can't die once throughout and you might have to re-roll adventure mode 4 times for specific starts (Losomn/The Awakening King to get Ethereal Manor, Yaesha Red Throne, Ne'erud Forgotten Prison, Losomn Morrow Parish) and play through a significant chunk of Ne'erud and Losomn.
Now, this wouldn't be too unreasonable (If still ridiculously obtuse) if it weren't for the no death stipulation.

I scoured Yeasha trying to find him near the Ravager or maybe at the very start like in the red queen world, no luck, i think the guy in the youtube video was right, he only shows in yeasha red queen and Tal Rhata Nerud.
Total effort of 3 hrs for a whole cmapaign and meddows assylum adventure run.

Dont know what your problem is but we will wait for you on the beach to the ocean of salty tears
Like devs you don't understand what makes a good content - that's not me saying, that's the review scores talking, main game has dropped and DLC has now drop even more to 59%...you should read people's comments.
Put up time and work if you need the items you want.
Also you should go check out interviews and podcasts with Ben Cureton, one of the developers. They never ought to make a game for everyone. They were making game that they themselves would enjoy playing. And they did a bloody great job. If i remember correctly, at one point he even said that if someone told them they didn't like a part of the game, they respond with "Well, too bad. Hope you like the other parts better".
And honestly, i feel like you can do it in a single sitting. Roll campaign with Losomn as first world, locate Mannor, complete the run up untill the Earth, then go to Mannor and initiate the sequence. If you play it on survival, i don't see how you'll die, unless you are avoiding using all the available tools on purpose.
It is still easier to get anguish than items like the tormented heart, or nightweaver's grudge.
If every item required something so complex that would be one thing but it is only one item and it is a fun like getting the archon class or unlocking the typwriter
If it was anything like the Archon, I'd at least have some of the things required lying around by just playing. And it'd be somewhat useful.
This? No thanks.
Just because you think this is good game design doesn't mean it actually is.
It's more of an easter egg or something for the intrepid secret hunters from what I've gathered.
Now that it is found it has become just a hassle and will get on the nerves of completionists if you ask me. Which you didn't. Here's my $0.02 anyway.
