Your best bet in that case would probably be just contacting the devs. I'm kind of doubtful that would work either, though.
That second option wouldn't work as you've said, there are many more people involved in audio outside of devs than we think. They didn't tell me this when I contacted them, just ignored my email which is typical of Gunfire Games.
I'm still trying to figure how to get Elite spawn sound from either game so if you find out how, please let me know
you need a program called FModel, an AES-key and a mappings file.
key and mappings file you can find both on the modding discord. can't post files here so you have to join the discord. https://discord.gg/sUsS9pgw
for the setup for FModel.
directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Remnant2\Remnant2
UE-Version: GAME_UE5_2 (...)
Local Mapping File: enabled
Mapping File Path: <choose the downloaded mappings file>
and well if you have any more questions it's better to ask on the discord.
edit:
could also check the remnant.wiki (NOT FEXTRA WIKI) if there's a sound file for anni or ask on their discord, if someone already has extracted the files. https://discord.gg/KjWehpmR
Well this was most definitely award worthy, thank you.
