Enigma gun doesn't appear

In the Labyrinth there's a secret portal that gets u to a place where u can get the blueprint needed for Enigma gun. as I saw in Youtube this blueprint is near a statue, but it just doesn't appear for me. Is that a bug? anyone else having the same Issue? or am I doing something wrong? I even joined a few random players to see maybe I can get the blueprint in their world, but that didn't work either and ended up with the same result: there was nothing near the statue.

I had the same issue. I would reroll my campaign for it, but I'm not willing to until I've beaten the game first... Which is annoying, because I want it now. And it doesn't show up in adventure mode...
