When you fill it up it creates a relic

Or to be more specific: If it is filled up it will restore one charge of the medic's relic.

If the medic has full relic charges, the bar will stay until they use a charge.

It isn't like that for me anymore, when I first started it would, but then all of a sudden it just acts like I used a reliv but didn't

If you're at max relics and a full bar, when you use the relic it's effectively "free" in that it won't decrease your total charges.
Unless I am misunderstanding.

That's just it, when I was first playing the game, that's exactly what it did, wouldn't use the charge until I used a relic use, but that was either before the actual release or before the first patch, now it just cycles through whether I have a spent use or not

Interesting. I just tested this on my character, and the bar stays full and consumes a charge until the next trigger, THEN it gives you the relic charge back. I don't think it always worked this way, as you mentioned.

Maybe I need to take off the medic archetype and put it back on, I haven't done that since so maybe it needs to be reset.
Ok so I just did a bit of a reset on the archetype, took it off and put it back on and it's working exactly like that again, so it is entirely possible that was all it needed
