Nightweaver's Web Not Showing Up

I got the night weaver's storyline, but I'm not seeing the web next to the cocoon anywhere. Is this something that gets randomly triggered based on a roll?

Yes, every world have 2 entry spawn, and the dungeon connect also at random.

I've inserted the Soulkey tribute to the web, do I have to fight the nigthweaver first before the web appears?

No, you just need to enter the Web, it should glowing, then follow up to the side world, I would call it ghost world. Get close to the Web, should be a key to press, E, normally. Then follow the rest, I can't remember what it called, but it's her heart as tribute.

well the web is in a locked room next to the "portal", however i dont know how to unlock that without killing nightweaver first.
