[Bug or what??] Zero Hour Amulet location

The Save guardian shows that the amulet rolled/spawn in the Putrid Domain.
I've already killed the Boss, used the Explorer Skill to look for treasures, but nothing, do I need to get into a secret room (I've cleared the one with the cable on the ground)??

EDIT: I'm on adventure mode.

I think that all items behind puzzles are specific items, while world drops ( like Zero Hour Amulet[remnant.wiki] ) randomly spawn in the map.

Assuming save guardian can't go wrong, it should be there.

ps: by default, save guardian label is the campaign one. You said you are on adventure, which means you checked the right label on save guardian, is it rignt?

Each dungeon should have exactly one world drop (outside of injectables). Check how many world drops you have listed in Putrid Domain. If it’s the only one there, it must be in the dungeon (look harder). If you see two world drops listed in the same dungeon, it may potentially be in the same tile as the entrance outside the dungeon in the big overworld map (this tends to happen to N’Erud often).

That said, in the end, I've got it, so it doesn’t make sense to drag this out; more than anything, I'm wondering if it would be helpful to report this "issue" to the Save Guardian team, so they might be able to make it more accurate.
