I'm going to go out on a limb here, but Mudtooth offers to sell you the Meatshake, Egg Drink, and Numbing Agent correct?

I was missing the first one I mentioned, after giving him the ingredient he offered me the medal without even waiting for him to finish cooking it.

Yeah I realized I need to unlock meat shake first.

im not even sure how it supposed to happen... i brought all three items to him, but received only one drink, and only one is available from the shop, he wont even talk to me properly.. if i was supposed to wait for weeks between giving him items (because countless pushes and leaving game gave no results) its nonsene too since i would like to play game, not wait .. and im not into grinding same items again, literally missing just this amulet and its so cringe i think game over for me. Prism and bugged amulet quest killed game for me
