"Spark Questline"
He's innactive and wont talk, why ?

After you kill the last boss go back to the custodian, deliver the quest, that is what did it to me, but people are saying its a matter of time, spark is rebooting, so you might wait next to it.

Just talk to Sparks 3-4x times after you killed the Endboss.

On a second play through i found it, talk to it then killed the boss and came back, then i talked again and it went to ward 13. But it wans't at the same place.

I had to do completely new run for sparky to finally wake up. I killed the final boss (and both crystals) and spoke to custodian in my one-shot run but sparky never woke up (and yes i was nice to the robot and corrected them to "earth").
