Have trouble getting Ahanae Crystal

I beat the ravager on a new character, checked shop every hour for 5 hours nothing. Rerolled new character, beat the red throne boss this time, still nothing.

I have checked to see if my game is bugged but I have gotten the other world items in the same save file as the first character (who beat the ravager). What am I doing wrong? Hardcore veteran on both. (got labyrinth and lossom items just fine)

Do the forest map 2nd (after labyrinth), it sucks but it seemed to have worked for me.

Started with Yaesha map, tried the old 'cheap' way with killing the Doe (hardcore/veteran) -- no ring. Created a new character, again started with Yaesha, killed Ravager this time -- no ring again. I guess I will have to try and do Yaesha after the labyrinth... this is damn frustrating...

confirmed, got the ring after Yaesha as 2nd map on vet
