The post they made ahwile back said september 2024, it's the 6th already and we have no news yet on when it is going to release, or gameplay footage of new mode etc?

Is it being delayed?

I dont think they will delay it but at the same time they misscalculated.
They dont have a release window for their final announced dlc. They might make more but the dlcs were not well recived.
They also need the influencers to make any kind of splash but they are busy.
The worst option for them is the last week of the month but that means the dlc will have almost no splash.
Or tragic has to announce to us the dlc is delayed until the start of next month, that will make him sad.

Hard to say, they are probably having tough meetings to decide.
They usually announce the release date of a dlc 2 weeks before so its either last week of the month but more probably first week of next month.
Its also the month where gamers will spend the biggest amount of money

Officially, it is projected to launch this month. We still have 3 weeks to go and if it doesn't get released by the 30th, then maybe, we should be getting worried just a little.

Until then, there's really no need to hit the panic button that early.

They said "September". They didn't say "September 1st".

Expecting some news about the DLC on the 1st is reasonable, expecting the actual DLC on the 1st is not. If DLC3 was comming out on the 1st, they would have said so don't you think?

I would have to double check to be sure but I think the last two DLCs came out in the 3rd or 4th week of the month, so I assume this DLC will also come out near the end of September.

I don't like the radio silence from the devs though. Some details about DLC3 and the new mode would be greatly appreciated.

1st DLC released on the 14th and the 2nd on the 23rd with their announcement trailers 12-13 days before, so I fully expect them to give us an exact date within the coming week.

My guess would be that this is on purpose. Remember how they announced a new game mode, without saying "Survival Mode"? I would assume that it's not 100% exactly Survival Mode, but something similar. My thinking is, that they are scared to tell us "no 1:1 survival mode", because they know how thoughtful and mature the early responses would be.

... and i woulnd't want a bunch of braindead whining before my new DLC release.
