Monolith Expose might be bugged
When i use Sandstorm in the shooting range and shoot the targets with quickdraw it does the same as without sandstorm. Arent the targets supposed to take 15% more dmg?

As of the last balance patch, Sandstorm no longer applies exposed. Monolith's primary fire now applies exposed, though.
