Atrocious duplicate World Drop RNG [Solved]

The biggest issue I am finding is the amount of duplicate drops you start getting after a certain point.
Example: It's been 2 days since I have seen a new random drop in Nerud when I know I don't have the Ring of Ordnance yet.
I have re-rolled Nerud about 7 times now and still have not gotten that ring for my Engineer.

I like getting scrap for duplicates but it would make since AFTER the loot table has been exhausted.

In my google quest to understand this issue. I found a third party app called "Remnant Save Guardian". Basically when you run it and load your save. It will tell you what items have spawned and where in your current roll across both Campaign and Adventure in real-time. Using that I kept re-rolling Nerud adventure until Ring of Ordnance was listed.

I must say that I am impressed because when u mouse over some items it shows a tooltip on aquisition. It also has a wiki link for every missing item listed in the right-click menu.

If you don't like spoilers then don't mouse over the item or go to the wiki but at least you will know that the item is within the Campaign/Adventure roll and save you time.
