Apparently the place where the woman is, that is now called "doppled glade" on the teleport map, used to be called faithless thicket, which is now a name assigned to something else. This is a nightmare for a new player.
The boss isn't too tough after a few attempts you'll get his move set down.
Is this your first world? If not, just grind some arcehtype levels in adventure mode.
If it's your first world, you can just reroll the campaign without losing much progress.
The game uses procedural generation. There are many zones, but you will only see a handful of them on any given roll in each world.
This boss is killing me before I can even get him to phase two.
Every single video I've seen of people fighting this thing have been people with 10 relic charges, except for one guy who had 8 charges, and he still died.
This is bull**** that I have to fight this, and this is pretty close to becoming a negative review for the game.
I had no problem fighting the root nexus chain, or the emissary (joke of a fight), or any other boss I've faced in this game so far then suddenly I'm expected to fight this thing????????
help.
The "Get good" phrase never helps, but that the only thing, you can do. That or rerole your world...
Or use COOP? Find another player to join you and just kill that thing.
Lots of skill issues here. The game scales to your power level.
But stonewarden is good to get used to the timing of the game. Bosses with delayed attacks - when u learn avoiding those the game becomes much easier. Took me roughly 100-150 hours until it really clicked
