I understand why, but if I want to go for a no damage, 100% tank/support character, I feel like that is a fair exchange. It already reduced damage dealt.

Maybe there are other face tank builds now. Take a look at grey health changes.

I never understood the desire to face tank on Apoc. It trivializes the challenge of it.
