Band of the Fanatic is broken:
Reduces damage of negative status effects massively, which is the opposite of what it says it does.

It increases the damage per tick but significantly reduces the duration? Which overall is going to net less damage but has the damage be dealt faster.

Are we failing at reading comprehension again?
