Can't get into dungeon near big statue in the beginning

Not really a spoiler, but during the first half:
After lowering the big statue I noticed a dungeon entrance that I missed that seems to only be accessed from the statue before lowering it , but now I can't seem to find a way to raise the statue again, the same lever is not operational anymore.

Is there a way to raise the statue back up or some other way into that dungeon?

That's not the entrance, that's just a platform with some loot and some rubble in the doorway blocking the path.

The entrance is back up top in the very first part of that area where you started the DLC.

Look around the beginning area for a jump with a waterfall on the other side. You'll have to jump across a gap and through the waterfall to get there.
