The Forgotten cummune - Injectable event Flooding Sewer bug

Well, all i wanted was to get Meridian, the Grenade Launcher... But the game says no.
After killing the Monster in the Pipe, to flood the area I waited ~2h then came back...

Now the Problem. Fast travel into the forgotten commune or even using the Yellow Fog breaks my Save file etc.
I got the back up running, but I guess i wont be able to do the event? If I enter the area it just stops working again...

Is that a common bug? Is it from the event or the Commune? Will I be able to do it / get the gun if I find the flooding Seweres in an other map? Perhaps in Tillers it would work?

Or I might just join a friend doing it... Its a Coop game anyway, right?^^'

I'd suggest trying to join a friend to get it, that way you can better pinpoint the reason behind the bug, hopefully.

Sounds like maybe something is corrupted? Try verifying the game files and try again with the older save.
You could also jsut sit there for 2h at the spot and see if it works or if it kicks you out abd breaks while you are there.

Verifying the files was the first thing i Did, No errors. Waited about 90 min while watching Youtube. Did not work, the water did not rise... When I left and tried to get back/refresh the map, it bugged again...
I used an old save and just ignored the area. It was Adventure mode, so I reroled it.

Anoying, but not the end of the World. i joined a friend today and found the event in a different Sewer map there.
2h later we both played tenis with the Grenades...^^'
