Malefic Palace Simulacrum Doesn't Spawn

There are 2 locations at which a simulacrum should spawn in Malefic Palace (Losomn - Impostor storyline) on some body but actually does not. We have to reload the map to get it spawning. I think this is a persisting bug so please try to fix it.

Theres 3 locations actually:
1. On one of 2 bookshelves you need to jump across to navigate around some rubble blocking the path on balcony.
2. At the end of a path that would have taken you to Nimues rest in light world (next to golden chest).
3. On the lower level in the room before the pile of bones where you would meet the royal jester for first time in light world.

The 3rd location you mentioned will correctly spawn a simulacrum without reloading the map, because there is no body there. The problem is with the 1st and 2nd locations

I specifically remember having this bug with 3rd location as well and there was a body there.

Any chance that you are playing on a wireless connection?

Wireless can disconnect at any random times.
