corrupted savior.
It looks interesting, i have an idea for how i want to use it, but i have to get the corrupted shards first.

Could you inspect the gun, take a screenshot of it and link it to the thread here? I'd like to see what it does but I haven't unlocked it myself.

Gotta say, gun feels amazing, the more mod power it has, the higher its fire rate becomes, but it loses mod power over time. However the archons passive mod regain negates the drain fairly well, tested it with the momentum mutator.

It is no longer a charge rifle but a 50 round machine gun. With a laser as its mod ability,

Sounds like the corrupted version returns it to the way it worked in Remnant 1. Very interesting.

I wonder If "Fetid Wounds" + "Stone of Malevolence" would offset the mod power drain enough to keep it at max RoF without the use of Archon.

Guess I gotta beat veteran hardcore at some point so I can tinker with that gun.

It's actually what the Fusion Rifle was in Remnant: From The Ashes. Something I've wanted to see again, so this is a very welcoming add to Remnant 2 ^^ Not to mention, you can just buy Rem2's Savior back from the weapons guy again anyway if you wanted the old one back (though you will have to upgrade it again)

do you think the unlocks would work if you join me at the end of a run and i just carry you?

Thank you for the offer but just killing Annihilation won't give the unlock unfortunately.

I think campaign weapon unlocks behave kinda like a checklist where every world in a campaign is a box that gets checked off when a character is present for a boss kill on a given difficulty.

My character would need to complete each world in an entire veteran hardcore campaign in other words.

ah yea, i remember now. you can get that stuff in coop from another world but only if you have been there for every single important kill

Technically you can just kill each world boss and annihilation and it should get unlocked.

Corrupted Savior is my new fav, 50mag with high rate of fire when heated up. Chef's kiss. Also, corrupted Nebula shooting enemy seeking drones (or whatever those things are) instead of the chem spray is pretty sweet.
