More Corrupted Weapons and Abberation Invasion Round 2

Today's patch added another 5 new corrupted weapons to the game as well as starting up another Invasion event for the weekend.

You can view the weapons yourself at Dwell if you have the base weapon.

I figured posting screenshots of the 4 I have access to might be useful to anyone who either can't play right away or doesn't have the base weapons yet.

I decided to unlock the Corrupted Nebula first since I like long range weapons with status effects and it's been fun. You can spawn a lot of nano swarms pretty quick against any elites with an open weakspot.

I'll have to try it with the Toxic Release Valve amulet.

Yeah im not too sure which is faster, i just personally like to try to camp there so i dont have to kill the archer in the side path every time, he will ocassionally aggro to middle

Guys, weird question, if I use a fully upgraded weapon to purchase a corrupted weapon, will the corrupted weapon be the same level? Or will the resources to upgrade the first one be wasted?

yes it will retain the level of the weapon you convert and vice versa if you decide to convert back to regular version

no, unfortunately not, but you do have to pay 1 simulacrum to convert back to normal version. So it's a much better idea to just get the crafting material again.
