Roll back your Nvidia drivers? See if that fixes the issue you are having.
Check to see if there are other updates for OS, bios, Intel chip set (ME), etc. Enable DTT in bios and download the drivers from your motherboard support site, in that order. Check out if GNA helps also, same process as DTT.

I am using the newest driver and have no issues. If you are using 14900k then changing the core ratio will very very likely be the fix, and that fix is universal for nearly all DX12 games.
And if that is the case its something the devs will not / cannot fix because its simply the CPU that has issues and not the game.

If it were me, I would use a 360mm AIO to cool an 14900k. Also make sure you have good airflow in your case. I'm sure there's people who would disagree, but the 14900k can get very warm and having the additional overhead can help.
What motherboard and bios version do you have?

Looking at the Intel forums, I would suggest checking your RAM also. Make sure that your RAM is compatible with your CPU and motherboard.

all is fine, i get that error with alan wake 2 lord of the fallen lies of p and remnant 2. all game use ue engine. i found a solution as i told with aio, and all was good till yesterday.. even run games at mot more of 55 degrees. what im see now during sharer compiling temp run from 32 degree to 80 in a sec and shader compiling stuck. im so disappointing with that generation of hardware

run game as admin and turn off msi afterburner. Had that issue out of video memory error in shader compiling during first startup in remnant 2. But since 3 last drivers no crashes. I have 13900k rtx 4090.

Just run game as admin and turn off msi ab. You should be fine .

i had the problems while undervolting my system. Disable undervolting in the BIOS and the crashes should stop.

I9 13900k + 4090
