It's a real good skill in general. If you want a real good non-lifesteal healing ring setup to pair with it run the Encrypted Ring with the Stone of Malevolence and make sure to have the trait that reduces mod cost. Now run either a mod that inflicts elemental damage, a weapon that does the same, or something like Tainted Wounds and boom, mod spam for a near permanent 10hp/sec regen. Pair it with the detonation trigger and you can do it with explosives, too (Or the bloody chain mod from the Red Prince). Pairs real well with the meridian and its 5 stacks of mod use, combine with Spirit Healer on the Meridian for even more healing shenanigans.
Is it as strong as the stupid resonating heart build? No. Is it a hell of a lot more fun? Yes!

- Health regen in percentage like Generating Band only counts base health. Health increase from Concoction & rings do not affect healing amount in percentage (haven't checked Vigor trait).
wait what... that doesnt make sense, why would they write % instead of the flat number then? that would really, really suck
Base health, meaning 100? Usually, the game is good about stating "base stat" when relevant - such as with Life Steal. Wouldn't surprise me, though. Far too many games tie everything to base stats, rather than modded stats.
