If you want the mobs to come back (minus whatever the boss was) then just resting at a crystal or checkpoint will respawn them.
If you want different loot to appear then you'll have to return to the ward and reroll another N'erud adventure and your new map may or may not have the Dark Conduit in it.
To be clear you cannot reset one specific dungeon.
Remnant 2 has two kinds of loot: those that always spawn in a given dungeon and world drops that can spawn anywhere on a given world.
Additionally areas are semi-random. The game is made in such a way that certain sections of a dungeon may or may not appear and those have their own special loot (such sections are shared between dungeons of the same type).
There are two reasons you may have not found the items that you saw in the video: you either missed the secret area they were in or your map didn't roll those specific items.
If you want more info about where to get something I suggest checking the Wiki: https://remnant2.wiki.fextralife.com/Remnant+2+Wiki
