The one shot adventure for the DLC is the new overworld with only the new dungeons attached to it.
the only thing that includes all the DLC stuff right away is the one shot adventure or however it was called. after that you can just start the area that the DLC is for, as in this case Losmn.
then the dungons will be added to the normal pool, which usually has two areas and story lines, with the DLC it can now select out of three
Yes, unless you are distinctly doing the one shot roll of the campaign.
