cracked relic fragments ?

Why are they (almost) all cracked ? And is it possible to upgrade them somehow ?

Yes, if your Total Archetype Level is more than 82 and you have many Relic Dust, you can reroll your world to Apocalypse, after that try to buy relic fragment from Dwell, you have a small change to get the Mythic Relic Fragment, like a gambling.
You will get upgraded version when you move to Nightmare or Apocalypse

Wehn you lv 10 Archetyps max lv, you have 100%% to get Relikts in Mythic in Apocalypse by Dwell.

the only thing i know is playing higher difficulty. i play apoc hardcore but i dont think the hardcore makes a diffrence and my total archtype level is around 20 i think right now. my fragments are almost maxed

I think you can get every fragment type just from difficulty variants but only mythic is restricted by arch levels.
