Solved: DLC One-shot reroll help

Started new adventure as Nightmare difficulty as finished the Campaign on Veteran. But after I realized that will be too much for me, so I re-rolled. Now lost access to DLC content. Randomized dungeons what I already played on. I know it was stated on a message but not expected that much ramp up on difficulty. Theres no way to reroll again to experience DLC content as intended on new difficulty?

I thought thats limited / difficulty. Its really one time and losing all. So sad for me 😣

Edited here my .sav file to previous one from save_1.sav to save_1.sav and renamed old ones with .bak. That way I was able to keep my progress and only re-roll again just the world :))

Amazing! Now can enjoy DLC fullest. If somebody was re-rolled twice in a row, made the same mistake as I did, this way can resolve at least. Some official way would be better tho. Anyways im happy, thank you all.

Nothing you can do about it. The warning did say the premade run is one time. It becomes more randomized after the one shot but still just forcing the new story. The only way you can experience the one shot again is joining someone else doing it.

It's not like you're missing out on anything. The content is all still there just now it's part of the random generation like the rest of the game.

if you have not played since you reroled, you could load one of the auto backups, but then you are still stuck with the higher difficulty. By the way, I have read that some of the enemys are bugged and do double of the damage that was intended.

reload any old save data of map before your first roll of DLC, you can get that one shot chance again and again.

If you have another character you can still make the one shot adventure from there.

nightmare aint even hard on a new character. Only issue is dlc is wack with the halo 2 jackel snipers everywhere one tappin everyone

If you really wanna undo it, only thing I can think of is reverting your save back to an earlier state. If you aren't manually keeping backups, but have Steam Cloud enabled-- you may be able to retrieve it. Try going here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage
