I've been playing now for 3 hours, I CAN'T FIND THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SOUL SPARK WHAT A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WASTE OF £40.. ABSOLUTE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ OF A GAME.

This is the only mission I hate since the map icon wont help you. This item will spawn only in a pyramid structure (vault). You have to ignore all the dungeons and just run around looking for these vaults in the second open area (timeless horizon or eon vault).

Can always reroll and get the different mission for that zone. Its not in a dungeon. Its in the open map, just sat a lil out of the way.

The map has more than one underground area tile it spawns in. Go back and check them for the decontamination doors.
Edit: its the same tile but in two places
