Fps drop and stuttering...

Hi guys, lately the game has been experiencing some fps drops, especially in Nerub's spaceships... also in some parts of the Labyrinth... I know there will surely be other similar posts... but I would just like to know if it's a problem with the game or mine, the specs are as follows:

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070ti
CPU : I5 - 12600k
RAM: 32 GB

I currently play it in a 2k screen and with the following settings:
blur: off
vsync: active
dlss: active on quality
shadows: low
post-processing: medium
foliage: medium
effects: low
viewing distance: medium
detailed shadows and geometry both: off
input latency: on
menu performance: off

Those areas tank fps for everyone.

im using the graphics setting mod and oh boy, they really need to separate post process and effects settings into the different settings to turn them off. you notice a HUGE difference.

i turned both AO (ambient occlusion), and fog settings off and outside area of n'erud became way more tolerable.

Edit: the devs should expand the video settings menu to be more modern.

Might sound nuts here but hear me out if you're running DLSS try setting it to XeSS even if you dont have an intel card, i did that and my fps got alot better. Not sure if it will work for you but it helped me and a mate of mine with our fps.

I had no stuttering in Labyrinth and Neirud before the new update with potato settings. So I am not sure what they recently did but it did not help me out at all. And I am just on an old school 1070ti.

detailed shadows and geometry both: off
geometry turn it on, off just halves your fps even with my i5 13600k cpu.
