i dont have either of these leveled i started with handler
just got explorer up to lvl 10 so handler and explorer are the only ones at 10

Otherwise, use a lot of defensive items like black cat ring, hp tonic, heal over time. The bleeding grenades on the boss etc.
Healing shot also helps. Using neutral dodge is good too, just see what else you have to improve your survivability
Imo he and Nightweaver are bad fights because you cannot really be a sniper there, meleeing and shotgunning them works tho.
Kill the summons as a priority, they don't have loads of HP and they might drop ammo. The main thret they pose is staggering you just as you need to dodge.
I used the Bonesaw with Bandit and the lanyard, never had to reload. He takes little damage from body shots but lots from head shots, so I built around that.
Highly recommend for red prince.
the issue is the hell in the cell fight of you dont have max stamina and recovery traits for learning. without those its going to take some practice runs
