How do I get this relic? It's probably been over 2 weeks now. I do not understand, it is necessary before the growth of Ripened Heart
Relic to eat all previous fruits or is it enough to wait a certain amount of time?

You need to wait for the tree to fully grow three celestial fruits, picking them each time when they are ready (and not before). When the fourth fruit would ripen, you get a Ripened Heart instead.

Mind to look at the fruit color and not the light color ( there are 3 phases: green, green/yellow and yellow. You have to pick 3 times the last one).

Basically, the fruit goes to 3 stages, 1 2 and 3, after picking 2 stage 3 you will get 1 2 and ripened heart.
you have to modify the time on your computer while being out of the game

You don't need to be out of the game.
You can change time, tp to another area (or tp then change time, it's the same), tp back to Ward 13, the game will check the time/date when loading Ward 13.
