What happened to the Firestorm mod?

It no longer sucks in any mob. They all just walk right through it. The only thing it sucks in is the player themselves. Doesn't work on the Root mobs, the Zombie mobs, nor the Guardians. Anyone else notice this?

I've been using firestorm this playthrough and it's been sucking in mobs no problem, but it's inconsistent.

The big elite axe guys in Losomn an Yaesha particularly will keep trying to run towards me and they'll be stuck in place by the 'nado, but some other guys like the n'erud zombies sometimes will be sucked in and sometimes they'll be able to walk through.

Another example, it just sucked in those annoying deer that run around. It did suck it in, but wouldn't kill it. It just ran in place in the center of the firestorm and when the firestorm ended the deer just jumped out and ran off.

Did you use amplitude? Are you firing more than 1? I generally get a lot of pack suck after 2 or 3. I think the tornado has to be formed before the suck really gets them. I haven't had issue with it holding entire swarms of normals in them though, granted I have like 2-3 going pretty quick.

Not sure, I play on Apocalypse mode, so maybe the firestorm can't pull them in like it does on easier modes. I am gonna reroll in an easier mode and see if it changes.

I've been running it on apoc. I haven't had an issue in Lonsomn and with enough tornadoes I was able to lock down vicious venom until he threw his insta kill death puddles at me.

Sounds like just a random thing. I run my mod spam build with Firestorm and Black hole. Almost nothing escapes. Works on a ton of bosses even. Pump that Amplitude
