Thaen Fruit Glitched

So i got the fruit and i wanted to test it out but when i died and used it in ward 13 i think it glitched the tree to forever not spawn a fruit. I need help

When you check the tree, you have to come back at least 24h later for the fruit to grow one step (no fruit > T1 > T2 > T3).
It doesn't skip a step. If you come back 48h or 72h later, it will still have grown one step, not two or three.
If you advanced time to make it grow faster, it won't grow until you come back the time you last set + 24h.

and after you get the celestial fruit, i think 4 times, you get a nice relic, if you let it grow.
