I suggest you to join the remnant 2 official discord channel, tag yourself as a pc user and look for somebody to play with ( either propose or join some other game )
Voice OR text in game, or lobby lists, or player profiles, or a messaging system, or specifying goals when playing, or even a way to LOOK at someone's steam account from in-game.
Some like others said just avoid random groups. I never grouped outside my list of friends and joined randoms. Would be hard in a game like this with no voice to keep randoms still when I like to take my time, hear and read the lore and make sure I find everything in zone before moving on.
It's just crazy to me that in 2023 the simplest most basic of features like a chat or the ability to see ping or an ACTUAL proper lobby system doesn't exist in this game.
Starfield is more boring buggy crap from Bethesda. Enemies practically STAND THERE and let you shoot them. It is the ultimate game for casuals, like every other open world game, so if you mean casuals have moved on to Starfield then yes they have. The dedicated playerbase of a game is the one that spends money on it. So the people still playing Remnant 2 are the ones that will make future purchases.
Your name is so damn IRONIC. The most important part of the game is not creating another casual couch co-op experience for non-gamers to enjoy for 1 week and then leave. Actual gamers are still playing Remnant 2 offline hardcore or in groups with friends. Go play games made for you.
This is a perfect example of the holier-than-thou toxic culture found on discord. And exactly why we want "casual couch co-op experience." We want to have fun, not be needlessly pedantic. I've hung around in those discord servers with people. They don't see eachother as "friends," more like antagonists constantly trying to prove some tedious "point" to eachother. No thanks. I'll be back when the co-op is at least at Remnant 1 levels.
Lucky thing I got game pass because that game sucks, lackluster content and filled with woke political agenda.
I heard about the pronoun at character creation, what else is in there before I do or dont buy it?
