Fastest way to lvl up relic fragments?

Almost finished the main story, but the ones im using are still just +3 and +4

Creare an apocalypse game and throw them all at the npc.
For relic farm, i think castle statue next to the stone might be the Best.

As the previous person said, but it's also based on your total Archetype level, so you have to level those up to max out your chances.

what if my primary archetype is lvl10 but a secondary is not fully upgraded yet? Do I have to upgrade both to get max chance?

You have to level up all 11 archetypes to get max chance. You only need 8 max level for the highest level ones to appear though. I read one person say they had them start appearing at level 77 so maybe only 7.

It's base on the total level of ALL your archetypes, so if you only have level 10 in your primary and secondary and haven't touched the rest the chances are lower. I don't know if you're locked out of mythic shards entirely until a certain level though.
