Bug with All-Seeing Eye

I notice that the All-Seeing eye is removing itself from my quickslot after the buff expires. Is this a bug? It's an infinite consumable, but I'm thinking there is conflicting scripting that removes a quick use item when you use your last one. Since there is only 1 All-Seeing Eye it's probably getting bumped off.

I am having that same problem. After a friend and I used it, it totally vanished out of our inventory. Not sure if it was on buff/debuff end or after a zone to another zone.
