You need to fight Sha.Hala, do not use the override key. If you don’t have it that’s great but if you do, use the terminal it looks the same as when you used it to call the elevator throughout nerud, once you defeat him you have to return to the conductor(I think that’s his name or custodian) talk to him and give him the item you get from Sha.Halaa, which I believe is called “the shining essence” once that’s done you have to wait 24hrs and Alepsis Taura will be available to travel too. Be mindful that nerud will die no matter what you do, so do what you need to do then do everything I stated above. It should work and you will get the Void relic, you will need to find it there

To add to what XxDarkness157xX perfectly said, once you go back to your n'erud, the custodian will tell you their departure is imminent. Go back to ward 13, check again the cristal and you will see every teleport points in n'erud will be deactivated, except Alepsis-taura
