Report a translation problem
There should be a squared gate ( minimal) with an exclamation mark within, that should lead you to the first boss and then to the next area.
EDIT: It's just a very well hidden elevator on the big open map.
Nobody will be able to tell you, you just need to explore everywhere ...
Two tips:
- Hunter's starting ability lets you see enemies through walls, this could point out underground areas you've missed (buy the expensive medal material from someone in Ward 13 to unlock the Hunter class, iirc the weapon vendor Brabus)
- if you switch the map to cursor mode instead of scroll mode and drag the cursor over a door you can't see yet, it'll still give you a "leads to: ???" tooltip... only works if you've been close enough to it that it got added to the map though. (things get added to the map from a longer range than they are visible for some reason)
