I can't unlock Savior

I just ended my third run in Veteran HC, but I still don't have Savior:
1. Resetted the campaign - Someone told me that's why it didn't count.
2. Killed the Doe instead of Ravager - Same as above.
3. Did all in one go, without exit the game and killed all world bosses.

What am I missing?

Don’t kill the doe it was a buggy trigger, likely still is

I think you are missing a polished game, its unfortunate but the reality is that they still haven't fixed rewards for many people. Personally, i hosted almost everything for my friends so i got everything without any hitches. Some of my friends did solo/other hosts and they then got rewards too.

However, apparently there are people such as yourself that can't receive rewards regardless of whether they host or not and I doubt there's something you can do about that besides just grinding the campaign until the game decides to work.

I'd wait until they actually fix the rewards, as they definitely still haven't

i had the same problem, i play in spanish, clear hc dont give me weapon, but when i clear the campaign in english, i unlock without problem

Seems like what causes these problems is changing game mode from campaign to adventure.

To make it work fine you should reset the campaign and finish it without ever joining multiplayer or changing to adventure mode.

He said he did it in one sitting, a lot more stuff can break your progression currently, i made a list once on what to avoid, based on confirmations on what breaks runs (i also got all my rewards first go following it) but nobody really cared about it lol
