Dark Conduit - Anyone know how to get into this area?

I just got done getting all the coffins and completing the dark conduit dungeon, but when I was leaving I noticed this gaping hole in the wall with what appears to be a room on the other side

Does anyone know how to get into this spot and if the items there are worth it? So far google results only show stuff about the dungeon itself and not this place just outside.

I remember seeing that as well, I think I managed to get in by dropping down from the structure above across some scaffolding, and that hole there is the exit to the little side area you enter into.

Go up to the very top of the structure, to the sand. Circle around the outside looking at the middle and you'll eventually find a path of boxes and walkways you can hop down onto.
