Cants install can’t uninstall stuck downloading

I pre downloaded the game days before, today excited to finally be fully release and it stuck downloading. Idk happen but notice others having the same issues too. I try clear download cache, still does it. Restarted my pc , still does it.

Even if some chance I’m able by miracle to pause it and uninstall I try to reinstall it a goes up to 43% download randomly shown on the side of my steam but clearly shows 0% down below in the download bar and no downloading happening in general.


Anyone found a fix or know what the hell is going on ?
