Tiller's Rest (SPOILERS)
We found a room inside of Tiller's Rest that has an enemy clogging a pipe, in which said pipe seems to fill up the room incredibly slowly. At the moment we're nearing the finish point, around 60 minutes in. There are two sets of boards leading to a room in the back of the section, will update once loot is found.

do you have to wait in the tillers rest for the water to fill up ? or can i go to other maps?

Yes- You can even quit the game and come back later and the water should be filled up.
