What affects Engineer's heavy weapon ammo regen?
do cooldown reduction effects hasten the "ammo regen" or other effects? Curious. I really like the turret but wondering what actually makes that faster if anything.

So the Expertise Trait would count for skill cooldown for the heavy ammo or does it need to specifically say recharge?
