How to trigger blood moon / night in yaesha?

Topic, I need it to unlock a door. But Idk how to change time of day or weather or whatever the blood moon is.

its random whenever you enter some areas. like the first main area to the 2nd main area. for example faithless thicket, withering weald, forbidden grove and far woods.

The dungeon like areas are pretty consistent for me.

Like do I just enter/exit the area? Or is it forever what it is and I have to reroll the world? I need a specific area to be blood moon (imperial garden)

Yep. Enter exit the area. It just happens on random.

I had seen people say that you HAVE to leave the zone (all of Yaesha) to get it to trigger, if it's not already up. I haven't gone back to farm essence, but I just recall seeing that. People were going between W13 and Yaesha until it triggers, then you can gain all the essence, enter a dungeon door and go back, and it'll still be active.. just don't rest or reset at a checkpoint. Can supposedly do this 1-3 times.

I've spent hours trying to trigger a blood moon, TP'ing back and forth etc, When I did get a bloodmoon, I'd somehow farm all the wisp in the area and they stop spawning. Absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this was. I even no hesistation shot the deer in the face thinking it might improve the chances of a bloodmoon, nope.

I just gave up and openned up cheat engine and got more that way.

I'm not farming the enemies. I want the sky to be dark for one specific area cause it opens a door.

I spent like 45 minutes loading through Yaesha maps and once I got a blood moon all the maps I loaded were blood moons for a while. I'm guessing it's global timer or something, not checking at each map load in. Got nothing for like 50 map load ins, then got 5-6 in a row.

So I'd just play the game normally and check every half hour or so when it's convenient, constant reloading doesn't seem to be the way to go.

Well technically not a door but it's the floor beneath a statue in the imperial gardens

Apparently, if the ingame story is to be believed, there's a way to make the Blood Moon trigger by making a certain choice in an event.

When playing Adventure on Yaesha my objective was to hunt the Ravager & Red Doe. When eventually there, i was given a choice where one action would bring about the beginning of the end of Yaesha (and trigger a Blood Moon).

I dont think I can do that, since my version is the other world boss.

What was the script that you used to get the essences? I might do this myself cause this RNG is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This game is way too grindy in the current build.
