Where do I find Soul Spark?

I've been looking everywhere with a friend and we cant seem to find soul spark anywhere. we checked every side area, and every nook and cranny there is. No matter how hard we're looking, we just cant find it. Could it be that maybe it is bugged? We've been searching for it for 3 hours now................................ patience is running thin.

The Eon Vault. It is actually IIRC not in a side dungeon but on the actual map itself.

. . .and yeah, this game is clear as mud sometimes (why the side areas on the map aren't labeled, or why you can't add markers to your map or any kind of notation, or set a waypoint - is beyond me).

it's in the second zone, you're looking for a ramp that goes down, its not a dungeon, the zone is named "the eon vault", I actually found one or two "vaults" on my map

it's a guaranted spawn on the second map, it's usually a little hill with an elevator that can have either the soul spark or the override pin
