Did the game just give me a flashlight for like 5 minutes to use and now it's chilling on my chest and in my inventory, seemingly unusable? How do I turn this ♥♥♥♥♥ on? Send help

I think it was L by default but you can rebind that to something more sensible

Wow. I was thinking about complaining that the Losomn area is too dark. I spent quite some time looking over the item in the inventory, but there were no hints on how to use it, so I just figured it was a quest item for later on, or it auto-activated in certain areas.

have you checked to see what is written on the bottom
(just incase you didn't already figure that secret out)
