HARDER DIFFICULTIES INCENTIVES
Do we get items that only exist in Nightmare Difficulties or maybe even Hardcore Mode ? or the items are the same throughout all difficulties, because last time HARDCORE mode drops exclusive items.

Difficulty only scales your exp gain like in the first game I think, 1.5x exp on the highest which is apocalypse.

I see... hmm well, I'll just stick with veteran first.

Game has been very easy on veteran. Wish I picked the hardest difficulty presented but im too far to re-roll my whole campaign
